30-day refunds

If it is not for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No reason required.

How to ask

Write to congvt@mobiluck.vn from the email address you bought with. One line — “refund please” — is enough. We reply within 3 working days and refund to the method you paid with.

What you do NOT have to do

You do not have to explain why. You do not have to fill in a survey. You do not have to uninstall and send a screenshot proving it. You do not have to talk to anyone whose job is to talk you out of it.

After a refund

Your key stops being valid and you should remove it from the app. To be straight about it: MExplorer checks keys offline, so we have no way to switch your key off remotely — this part relies on your good faith, exactly like the two-Mac limit.

The file manager keeps working in full after a refund. It was always free, and having paid and been refunded does not change that.

Why 30 days

The four analysis tools only prove themselves after you have actually scanned your own disk a few times — some of it only shows up on the second scan, when the app can compare two points in time. Seven days is not long enough to know whether you bought the right thing.

This document is published in every language the MExplorer website speaks. The translations are provided so you can read the terms in your own language; where a translation and the English differ in meaning, the English version governs. This does not affect your statutory rights in your country of residence.
