Lost your licence key
Email us from the address you paid with and we will send the key again. Your licence is filed under that address, so it is the fastest thing for us to look you up by.
You do not need a key to get your files back. Browsing, copying, moving, renaming, deleting and the undo log all work without one.
Refunds
Within 30 days, no questions asked — see the refund policy. Ask by email and the money goes back the same way it came. You do not need to explain yourself, though if you tell us what went wrong we will try to fix it.
This policy applies worldwide and does not replace your statutory rights if you are in the EU.

If you are reporting something broken, the most useful things to include are your macOS version, whether your Mac is Apple Silicon or Intel, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot beats a description.
